Stainless steel thermos cup production process

First, the factory will process the purchased stainless steel plates or stainless steel coils into pipes of different diameters through stretching or drawing processes. These pipes will be cut into pipes of appropriate sizes according to the requirements of the water cup liner. . The production department will process these pipes at different times according to their diameter, size and thickness.

Then the production workshop first begins to shape these pipe materials. The commonly used designs are water expansion machines and shaping machines. Through this process, the water cups can meet the shape requirements. The formed material tubes will be classified according to the outer shell and inner tank of the water cup, and then enter the next process.

After being put on the machine again, the shaped pipe material will be welded to the cup mouth first. However, in order to ensure the welding quality, the cup mouth must be cut first to ensure that the cup mouth is smooth and consistent in height. The semi-finished product with a welded cup mouth must be ultrasonic cleaned before entering the next process. After ultrasonic cleaning, the cup bottom must be cut before welding the cup bottom. The function is the same as the cutting before welding the cup mouth. The stainless steel water cup is divided into two layers: inner and outer. Therefore, two cup bottoms are usually welded, and some water cups will have three cup bottoms welded according to structural requirements.

The semi-finished products that have been welded are subjected to ultrasonic cleaning again. After the cleaning is completed, they enter the electrolysis or polishing process. After completion, they enter the vacuuming process. After completing the vacuuming process, the production of a thermos cup is basically half of the process. Next, we need to carry out polishing, spraying, printing, assembly, packaging, etc. At this time, a thermos cup is born. You may think that writing these processes is very fast. In fact, each process not only requires exquisite skills, but also requires reasonable production time. In this process, there will also be defective products that are unqualified in each process.
